Tigers, Bunnies involved in close battle in boys basketball matchup

The Fremont Tigers and Omaha Benson Bunnies were in a tough, tight and contested battle on Saturday, December 11th at Omaha Benson High School.
The Bunnies got the better of the Tigers by a score of 56-43, dropping the Tigers record to 0-3 on the season, but the Tigers were in it from the opening tipoff.
Omaha Benson was led by three players who scored in double figures.
Senior Carter Sintek led Fremont with 16 points on the day.
Sophomore Junior Kennedy scored his first varsity points with two free throws late in the second quarter.
The Tigers will host the Papillion La-Vista Monarchs at the Al Bahe Gymnasium on Tuesday, December 13th. Tipoff will be around 7 P.M.
