The Fremont Tigers girls basketball team was back in action in the third place matchup in the Early Bird Classic, on Saturday, December 4th.

The Tigers were hosted by Millard West, and got off to a hot start early, winning 69-46.

Senior Taylor McCabe led the tigers with 20 points on 43% shooting from three.

Senior Sarah Shepard and sophomore McKenna Murphy had eight rebounds, as Shepard added seven points, and Murphy added five.

Senior center Macy Bryant battled after a slow start to the season as she finished with 12 points.

The Tigers are now 1-1 on the season, and will hit the road again, as they will take on 1-1 Omaha Benson on Saturday, December 11th at 1 P.M.
