The Fremont Tigers girls basketball team cruised to their second win of the season over the Omaha Benson Bunnies on Saturday, December 11th at Omaha Benson High School.
The Tigers got out to a 23-5 lead at the end of the first quarter, as it was the first of two 23 point quarters for the Tigers, who scored 23 in the third quarter as well, winning 64-27 over the Bunnies.
The Tigers are now 2-1 on the season.
Senior guard Taylor McCabe continues to play great basketball, as she scored 20 for the Tigers on 60% shooting, she also added six rebounds and four steals.
Sophomore McKenna Murphy adds her second game scoring double figures, as she scored 17 for the Tigers.
Senior Macy Bryant held down the post with eight rebounds and five steals.
The Tigers will host the Papillion La-Vista Monarchs at the Al Bahe Gymnasium on Tuesday, December 13th, tipoff will be at 5:15 P.M.
